      在机械系统的润滑油路中,由磨损产生的金属颗粒能够实时反映设备的磨损情况,设备健康状况可由在线滑油磨屑检测传感器实时监测。基于电感式三线圈传感器模型设计了传感器检测电路,主要包括驱动电路、极性变换电路、滤波电路、压流转换电路、放大电路、解调电路、单片机系统电路和上位机通信电路等。试验结果表明该检测电路可以方便地调节驱动信号,同时能够快速、准确地采集传感器的输出信号。
英文摘要:
      In the lubrication oil of the machinery devices,metal wearing particles can reflect the wearing state in real time.Therefore,the health state of the machinery devices can be monitored by lubrication oil wearing particles detection sensor.Based on the three-coil inductive sensor model,the sensor detection circuits are designed which including driving circuit,polarity conversion circuit,filter circuit,voltage-current conversion circuit,amplifying circuit,demodulation circuit,MCU system circuit and PC communication circuit.Experimental result shows that the designed detection circuit can adjust the driving signal easily.Meanwhile,it can quickly and accurately capture the output signal of the sensor.
