      针对固体发动机静强度试验中,存在采集到的应变数据混有噪声或不同干扰信号,并且在某些恶劣工况下,会出现应变数据被噪声信号吞没的现象,研究了一种基于小波阈值去噪的信号分析处理方法。通过对固体发动机静强度试验应变数据的分析,利用傅里叶变换获得原始数据频率谱,采用低通滤波器与小波阈值去噪,对比数据分析情况显示低通滤波器能够在平稳信号领域很好的完成噪声处理,但对于突变数据采用小波阈值去噪法能够更加真实地表现数据特征。分析与处理结果表明,基于小波阈值去噪的信号分析处理方法能够有效解决试验中存在应变数据所受到的干扰现象,为固体发动机静强度试验数据分析与处理提供支持。
英文摘要:
      To eleminate these phenomenas that the strain measurement data will be mixed with noise and interference signals during the static strength tests of solid rocket motor,in some severe operating conditions,the strain measurement data even appear to be engulfed in noise,a signal analysis method based on wavelet threshold denoising is studied.Through the analysis of test strain data,using Fourier transform to obtain the frequency spectrum of the original data,low-pass filter and wavelet threshold are used to denoise.The results show that the signal analysis method based on wavelet threshold can effectively solve strain data interference problem in test,which provides support for the subsequent analysis and processing of the solid rocket motor static strength test data.
