      转速悬挂和超温是比较常见的启动故障,对发动机使用安全和寿命不利,须及时发现并处置。针对试飞中发动机状态监视需求,重点考虑转速悬挂等故障具有涉及参数多,耦合强的特点,提出以高压转子转速变化率和排气温度与其参数模型计算值偏差作为特征参数,利用模糊判决器对不同启动故障进行自动检测的方法。分析和实测数据验证结果表明,该方法可以实现预期目标,且具有良好的抗毛刺干扰能力。
英文摘要:
      Rotor hang and EGT over-temperature are typical malfunctions in aero-engine starting process which are disadvantageous for use-life and use-safety and should be detected and treated properly.According to the requirement of on-line aero-engine condition monitoring in flight test,the detecting method which takes the rotor ratio and bias of measured EGT and calculated value from TOT parameter model as the classifier signatures is presented.Moreover,this method uses fuzzy logic technique to implement the malfunctions classifier.Analysis and validation with the test data show that this method can identify different failures accurately and is robust to signal fluctuations.
