针对功率因数校正(PFC)电路中MOSFET开关管导通损耗较大的不足,提出了一种新型的无桥功率因数校正电路结构。该电路利用两个不带体内二极管的IGBT代替传统的MOSFET开关管,结合改进单周期控制策略,在电路中加入了缓冲谐振回路减少了开关管的损耗,从而使该电路具有高功率因数、高效率的特点。利用Matlab进行仿真,结果表明,该新型无桥功率因数校正电路实现了输入电流对输入电压的良好跟踪,能够提高系统的功率因数,显著降低开关损耗,动态响应也得以改善,达到了预期效果。 |

To overcome the shortcomings that the MOSFET switching of PFC circuit brings a lot of conduction losses,a new bridgeless PFC circuit construction is proposed.This circuit changes the traditional MOSFET switch into two IGBT without diodes insides,and chooses the advanced one cycle control strategy.What's more,with the resonant network which is used to achieve soft switch,the circuit has high power factor and very high efficiency.The proposed circuit is simulated by using Matlab software.Simulation results show that the new bridgeless PFC circuit can achieve the input current keeping track of the input voltage waveform well,increase the power factor,and reduce switching losses significantly.The dynamic response is also improved,the expected result is obtained. |
