      石墨烯超级电容器作为一项新生产品,以其独特性能正被世人重视,应用也日趋广泛,其性能在线检测以伏安法和电桥法为典型,但很难兼顾精度和在线等方面的测试要求。所述检测系统基于激振过程,实时捕获石墨烯超级电容器的多项状态参数,并对其进行计算、分析和判断,高精度量化和界定被测件的SOC性能指标。其特点是检测过程中仅在被测件两端加上一个幅度很小的冲击电压信号,因而对被测件及其系统基本无影响,同时利用补偿技术消除了负载变化对测试结果的影响,最终较好地实现了对石墨烯超级电容器SOC的高精度在线检测。
英文摘要:
      As a new product,graphene supercapacitor has been got great attention in the world for it's unique performance.What's more,the range of it's application also becomes more wide.The most typical methods detected online are voltmeter-ammeter and bridge,but they are difficult to satisfy the requirements of precision and online test at the same time.The detection system based on the vibration process can capture the real-time state parameters of super capacitor and make calculation,analysis of the state parameters and give accuracy and definition for the supercapacitor SOC performance.The product is special for it's detection process which only uses one small amplitude of the impact voltage signal which makes it avoid being affectted by the supercapacitor.Meanwhile the load compensation technique eliminates the influence of load variation on the results.Finally,the technical problems of high precision online test for the supercapacitor SOC are realized.
