针对现有仪表自动检定系统对高精度指针式仪表采用的检定方法效率较低的问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的仪表自动检定系统,采用一种新型的基于查表法的指针式仪表读数判别方法,结合机器视觉与数字图像处理技术实现对仪表读数的自动识别、存储。测试结果表明,检定系统能够准确地实现仪表读数的自动判别,显著提高了检定效率。 |

To solve the problem that the efficiency of current automatic verification system for high precision pointer meter is limited,a new meter calibration system based on machine vision is developed,which adopts a calibration method based on look-up table algorithm.Advanced machine vision and image processing algorithms are employed to recognize and store the readings automatically.Sufficient experimental results demonstrate that the system can recognize the reading of the precise meter automatically and accurately,and significantly improve the efficiency of verification. |
