      石油钻机设备运行参数反映设备运行状态，故障诊断分析需要收集现场不同总线采集的各种参数。在分析不同总线协议规范和钻机工况参数的基础上，利用协议转换芯片和STM32F103微处理，采用主从站的软件开发方法，设计了一种总线协议转换模块，实现Profibus和RS485总线间的协议转换。通过发送固定数据，经过转换接收，室内测试验证了数据的一致性，已成功在现场将钻机设备参数传输到自主研发的故障监测分析系统中，诊断分析钻机运行状态。

英文摘要:

      In order to realize the monitoring of the oil rig,the parameters based on different bus should be gathered and transmitted to the monitoring and analyzing system.The protocol and drilling parameters were described,the covert-chip and micro-processor were used,and the modular including hardware and software design was implemented.The modular can convert the data from Profibus to RS485 in the bench test.The consistency of the data was verified in the rig field.All parameters can be transmitted to the monitoring and analyzing system for monitoring the status of the rig.
