以近红外(NIR)光谱为代表的新型过程分析技术(PAT)近年来在流程行业得到越来越多的应用。PAT是以化学计量学为基础,并采用自动化分析仪器的生产过程质量分析新方法,与传统化验分析技术相比,PAT具有测量速度快、准确度高等优点。介绍了NIR光谱的PAT原理,归纳了NIR光谱分析仪器技术特点及应用场合,阐述了NIR光谱预处理、建立校正模型等技术。进一步地,介绍PAT与过程控制技术(PCT)的融合,重点分析了PAT在完善先进控制技术及实时优化中所起的重要作用。最后,对PAT及PCT在流程智能制造领域的融合发展进行了展望。 |

Process analytical technology (PAT) represented by near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy has been applied more and more in the process industries in recent years.PAT is a new quality analysis method based on chemometrics and automated devices with fast speed and high accuracy compared with the traditional analysis ways.The NIR spectroscopy modeling methods are introduced,with particular attention to NIR analysis devices,sample preprocessing and modeling techniques.Moreover,its integration with process control technology (PCT) is also illustrated,in which the importance of PAT in advanced process control (APC) and real time optimization (RTO) is analyzed in detail.Finally,the development of PAT and PCT in the field of smart manufacturing is forecasted. |
