针对双永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制中受负载扰动电机转速不同步的问题,从控制策略和耦合结构角度出发,提出了一种积分滑模PMSM电流预测函数控制的转速同步控制结构。在矢量控制基础框架下,设计了积分滑模速度调节器和电流预测函数调节器,使用饱和函数和指数趋近律来抑制滑模的固有抖振现象,利用相邻周期的两个预测模型相减来消除恒定项。为了有效地补偿两电机之间的转速差,通过同步补偿器来对电流环直接进行补偿,从而达到双电机同步协调控制的目的。最后通过仿真验证了本文方法的有效性。 |

In view of the deterioration of the motors speed synchronization by load torque disturbance in dual permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) systems,from the aspects of control strategy and coupling structure,a speed synchronous control structure is proposed with integral sliding mode PMSM current prediction function.Based on vector control framework,a speed regulator with integral sliding mode and a current regulator with predictive function were designed,which uses saturation function and exponential approach law to restrain the inherent chattering phenomenon of sliding mode,and the two prediction models subtraction of adjacent cycle to eliminate the constant term.In order to compensate the speed difference quickly between the two motors,the current loop was compensated directly by synchronization compensator to achieve the synchronous coordinated control of the two motors.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation. |
