为了帮助驾驶员轻松完成转向操作及提高转向路感,构建了转向轴式电助力转向(Column-Electric Power Steering,C-EPS)系统的动力学模型,同时构建了二自由度汽车动力学模型以及轮胎阻力模型;设计了应用模糊PID控制算法的助力控制策略、应用PID控制算法的回正控制策略和应用四象限控制算法的阻尼控制策略。通过Matlab/Simulink软件对3种控制模式进行了仿真与分析研究。研究结果表明:提出的3种控制模式可以保证驾驶员能够得到更多的路感信息,转向盘转角及齿条位移迅速地达到稳态,避免了汽车高速行驶转向时转向盘过轻,保证了驾驶安全性。 |

To help the driver to easily complete the steering operation and improve the sense of steering,the dynamic model of Column-electric power steering system was established.Two degree of freedom dynamic model of vehicle and resistance model of tire were also established.The power-assisted control strategy with fuzzy PID control algorithm,the return-to-center control strategy with PID control algorithm and damping control strategy with four quadrant control algorithm were designed.The simulation and analysis of three kinds of control modes were carried out by Matlab/Simulink software.The simulation results show that the proposed three control modes ensure the driver can get more information about the road and the steering wheel angle,and ensure rack displacement can rapidly reach the steady state,which avoids the steering wheel being too light when the car is moving at high speed and guarantes driving safety. |
