鲤鱼皮是常见的贵重皮革制品原料,其拉伸强度等物理机械性能是衡量材料的重要指标,对鲤鱼皮的力学性能测试具有重要意义。为此采用一套卧式拉力试验机和数据图像相结合的方法对不同部位的鲤鱼皮进行拉伸实验,利用数字图像相关方法对测试过程同步处理,为拉伸实验进行辅助矫正,并对其误差源进行分析,结果显示该实验方案可实现对鲤鱼皮等柔性材料的力学性能测试,且精度可靠。实测结果表明:鲤鱼皮在头部、腹部和尾部各部位的拉伸强度不同,这与它们运动时所承担的功能有关。 |

The carp skin is a common ingredient in expensive leather products.Its tensile strength and other mechanical properties are important indicators of the intrinsic quality,which are of great significance for testing the mechanical properties of carp skin.Therefore,a horizontal tensile test machine and data images were combined to test different parts of the carp skin.The digital image correlation method was used to synchronize the testing process,and to make auxiliary correction for the stretching experiment.Meanwhile the error sources were analyzed.The results show that the experimental scheme is able to obtain the mechanical properties of the carp skin and other flexible materials accurately and reliably.The tensile strength of the carp skin is different in the head,abdomen and tail,which is related to the motor function of each part. |
