针对航天器公路运输过程中内部结构容易因振动造成损坏的问题,基于小波变换和径向基函数(RBF)神经网络提出了一种航天器振动测控方法。采用小波变换对航天器原始振动信号的各频段信息进行分离,创新性地采用各信号分量的能量作为信号整体的振动特征。利用RBF神经网络对提取到的能量特征和车速之间的函数关系进行逼近,并根据航天器允许的振动能量阈值调整车速。该方法解决了目前对航天器公路运输过程中的振动情况缺乏有效监测手段的难题,实现了该过程中航天器的振动测控,确保了航天器内部结构的安全稳定。实验结果表明,该方法快速有效,既能满足测控的误差要求,又能满足其实时性要求。 |

In order to solve the problem that the internal structure of spacecraft is easily damaged by vibration during road transportation,a measurement and control method for spacecraft vibration is proposed based on wavelet transform and radial basis function (RBF) neural network.The wavelet transform is used to separate the information of each frequency band of the original spacecraft vibration signals,and the energy of each signal component is taken as the overall vibration characteristics of the signal innovatively.The RBF neural network is used to approximate the functional relationship between the extracted energy characteristics and the vehicle speed,and the vehicle speed is adjusted according to the vibration energy threshold allowed by the spacecraft.This approach solves the current problem of lack of effective monitoring means for the vibration of spacecraft during road transportation,achieves the vibration measurement and control of the spacecraft in the process,and ensures the safety and stability of the spacecrafts internal structure.The experimental results show that the method is fast and effective,which not only satisfy the error requirements of measurement and control,but also meet its real time demands. |
