解析与舱门及其密封件形变相关的适航规章和条款,研究确定与形变相关的主要适航要求。构建基于SolidWorks的舱门及其密封件形变分析模型,开展极高低温、水平突风及其组合条件下舱门及其密封件形变的详细分析,提出基于仿真的舱门及其密封件形变适航符合性验证流程。开展基于虚力原理的舱门挡块部位的形变分析,并与仿真进行了比较研究。结果表明,讨论的舱门及其密封件形变仿真方法和适航符合性验证流程是合理可行的。 |

The airworthiness regulations and terms related to the deformation of the cabin door and its seals are analyzed,and the main airworthiness requirements related to the deformation are determined.Based on the construction of the deformation models of the cabin door and its seals by SolidWorks,the deformation analysis of the cabin door and its seal under the conditions of extremely high and low temperature,horizontal blast and their combination are carried out,then airworthiness compliance certification of the cabin door and its seals based on the simulation is presented.By the principle of virtual force,the deformation analysis of the door block is carried out and compared with the simulation.The results show that the deformation simulation method and the airworthiness compliance certification process of the cabin door and its seal discussed are reasonable and feasible. |
