民用飞机机械基础件是飞机设计、制造、运营的基础,但其可靠性数据主要来源于研制阶段,比较缺乏运营阶段实际使用的可靠性数据。针对当前运营阶段民机机械基础件可靠性数据管理的空白,介绍了机械基础件可靠性数据的采集与预处理方法;为获取的可靠性数据制定了统一的规范和标准;并设计了机械基础件可靠性数据管理系统。由于机械基础件的可靠性数据无法直接获取,从航空公司和维修单位的飞机设备维修记录出发,建立起设备和机械基础件之间的联系,间接获取机械基础件的可靠性数据。提出的运营阶段民机机械基础件可靠性数据采集与管理方法,不仅能够提高机械基础件的质量,而且对于保证飞机运营安全和提升行业整体技术水平具有一定的现实意义。 |

Civil aircraft mechanical basic parts are the basis of aircraft design,manufacturing and operation,but the reliability data mainly comes from the development stage,which is relatively lack of reliability data actually used in the operation stage.To address the current operational phase of the gap in the management of the reliability of the mechanical basic components of civil aircraft,the methods of collecting and preprocessing reliability data of mechanical basic parts are introduced,unified specifications and standards are formulated for the obtained reliability data,the mechanical foundation software reliability data management system is designed.Since the reliability data of the basic mechanical parts cannot be obtained directly,the connection between equipment and mechanical basic parts is established from the maintenance records of airlines and maintenance units,and the reliability data of mechanical basic parts is obtained indirectly.The proposed method for collecting and managing the reliability data of civil aircraft mechanical basic parts during the operation phase can not only improve the quality of the mechanical basic parts,but also has some practical significance for ensuring the safety of aircraft operations and improving the overall technical level of the industry. |
