      RTM墙式结构复材零件通过热工艺一体成型,墙与蒙皮结合界面为胶层,在装配过程中一旦存在干涉,墙与蒙皮结合界面在应力作用下极易产生分层缺陷,而结构内部装配应力难以探测和预防。针对该技术难题,基于CATIA建立分析模型,采用有限元分析方法对模型进行装配仿真,找到分层控制的最佳方案。通过采用单一变量控制法,模拟在不同加载条件下装配应力对复合材料墙式结构的影响。通过实验对比,得出通过容差优化和辅助增强结构刚性可以有效避免RTM复合材料墙式结构零件装配分层,将实验结果运用到产品实际加工过程,统计结果表明产品质量得到明显改善。研究成果对RTM零件及类似结构零件装配分层控制具有重大意义。
英文摘要:
      RTM wall structure composite parts are integrally formed by thermal process,and the bonding interface between wall and skin is adhesive layer.Once there is interference during the assembly process,the bonding interface between wall and skin is prone to delamination defects under the action of stress,and the assembly stress inside the structure is difficult to detect and prevent.In order to solve this technical problem,an analysis model is established based on CATIA,and the finite element analysis method is used to assemble and simulate the model to find the best scheme of layered control.By using the single variable control method,the influence of assembly stress on the interior of composite wall structure under different loading conditions is simulated.Experimental comparison shows that the layered control of assembly for RTM composite wall structure parts can be effectively avoided through tolerance optimization and auxiliary strengthening of structural rigidity,and the experimental results are applied to the actual processing process of products.The statistical results show that the product quality has been significantly improved.The research results are of great significance to the layered control of assembly for RTM parts and similar structural parts.
