针对航空发动机气路静电检测静电传感器的复杂工作环境,开展传感器的流场、电场、温度场耦合的多物理场建模与仿真研究。采用有限元分析软件建立静电传感器的数值模型并进行仿真分析,研究探针型静电传感器探极的直径、长度、布局位置对发动机尾气静电信号的影响,最后通过在尾气静电试验平台测试,对仿真分析的结论进行验证,从而为静电传感器的工程化应用提供理论支撑。 |

Aiming at the complex working environment of the electrostatic sensor for aero-engine gas path electrostatic detection,a multi-physical field modelling and simulation research of the coupled flow,electric and temperature fields of the sensor is made.The finite element analysis software is used to establish the electrostatic sensing unit numerical model and conduct simulation analysis to study the influence of the diameter,length,and layout position of the probe type electrostatic sensing unit probe on the driving engine tail gas electrostatic signal.Finally,the conclusions of the simulation analysis are verified by testing in the tail gas electrostatic testbed,so as to provide theoretical support for the engineering application of electrostatic sensing unit. |
