作为航空发动机最重要的组成部件之一,叶片往往工作于恶劣的高温、高速、强腐蚀环境中,很容易发生损伤失效,因此叶片能否可靠工作将直接影响飞行器的整体安全,故采用先进的无损检测与在线监测技术保障航空发动机叶片的安全和稳定运行具有重要的应用价值和现实意义。综述了以超声检测、涡流检测、交流磁场检测、红外热像检测为代表的叶片无损检测方法的发展现状,总结了上述方法的原理、特点以及存在的不足,探讨了现有叶片无损检测技术进一步的发展方向;阐述了以电磁监测、应变监测、声发射监测技术为代表的航空发动机叶片在线监测方法,归纳了现有叶片监测方法存在的不足之处,展望了未来航空发动机叶片智能监测技术的发展前景。 |

As one of the essential components of aero-engines,blades often work in high-temperature,high-speed,and highly corrosive environments and are prone to damage and failure.Whether the blades can work reliably will directly affect the overall safety of the aircraft.Therefore,advanced nondestructive testing and online monitoring technology to ensure aero-engine blades safe and stable operation has essential application value and practical significance.The development status of blade nondestructive methods represented by ultrasonic,eddy current,AC magnetic field,and infrared thermal imaging testing is reviewed,and the principles,characteristics,and shortcomings of the above methods are summarized.The further development direction of existing blade non-destructive testing methods is discussed.The online monitoring methods of aero-engine blades represented by electromagnetic,vibration,and acoustic emission monitoring technologies are expounded.The shortcomings of the existing blade detection methods are summarized,and the future development prospects of the aero-engine intelligent blade monitoring technology are analyzed and prospected. |
