      为了解决在用玻璃钢制品力学性能评估问题,开展了不同温度下玻璃钢材料老化试验,测试了不同老化阶段玻璃钢材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度等力学性能与红外光谱透过率等光谱特性,分析了不同老化阶段力学性能与红外光谱特性的相关性。结果表明,所选玻璃钢在90 ℃下,不同老化阶段拉伸强度变化率与特定波数(2352 cm-1)红外光谱透过率相对变化率负线性相关,其他力学参数变化率与红外光谱透过率相对变化率相关性较差;在150 ℃老化条件下,力学性能与红外光谱特性无明显相关性。根据上述规律,建立了基于红外光谱分析方法的在用玻璃钢力学性能监测技术,对玻璃钢预留样品开展红外光谱性能测试即可评估在用玻璃钢拉伸力学性能。
英文摘要:
      In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) products in use,the aging experiments of FRP samples at different temperatures are carried out,and the tensile strength,bending strength and infrared transmittance of FRP samples at different aging stages are tested.The correlation between the mechanical properties and infrared spectrum of different aging steps is analyzed.The results show that at 90 ℃,the change rate of tensile strength has a negative linear correlation with the change rate of infrared transmittance of specific wave number(2352 cm-1),and the change rate of other mechanical properties has a poor correlation with the change rate of infrared transmittance.There is no obvious correlation between mechanical properties and infrared spectrum at 150 ℃.According to the above results,a monitoring technology of mechanical properties of in-use FRP based on infrared spectrum analysis method is established.The tensile strength of in-use FRP can be evaluated by testing the infrared transmittance of reserved FRP samples.
