漏磁检测(MFL)是工程上常用的无损检测方法之一,针对钢轨顶面伤损漏磁检测信号受提离干扰的影响,根据伤损漏磁场在不同方向上的分布特征,提出了一种抑制钢轨漏磁检测提离干扰的滤波方法。采用阵列式传感器,根据x和z方向信号的差值确定参考信号实现滤波,根据伤损漏磁场的分布推导了传感器的安装方式。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地抑制漏磁信号的提离干扰,显著地改善了漏磁检测信号。 |

Magnetic flux leakage(MFL) testing is one of the commonly used nondestructive testing methods in engineering.Aiming at the influence of lifting interference on the MFL testing signal of rail top damage,according to the distribution characteristics of MFL field in different directions,a filtering method to suppress the lift-off interference of rail MFL testing is proposed.The array sensor is used to determine the reference signal according to the difference between x and z direction signals to realize filtering.The installation mode of the sensor is deduced according to the distribution of damage leakage magnetic field.The experimental results show that this method can effectively suppress the lifting interference of MFL signal and significantly improve the MFL detection signal. |
