为确保某风洞喷管段大型柔板结构成型过程的安全可靠,在该柔板结构应力集中的部位布设多组电阻应变计构成应变、应力监测系统,对多组液压驱动机构运动过程中柔板结构的形变和局部应力进行实时监测和预警。采用有限元分析计算确定了应变计布设的应力集中部位,建立了多点应变、应力实时监测系统,得到了柔板成型全过程的应力数据。通过对试验数据进行分析,并与有限元理论计算结果进行对比,表明实测数据与理论数据一致性较好,证明了理论计算方法及所建立的监测系统的正确性和有效性。该监测系统可确保该大型柔板结构变形过程中的安全可靠,为风洞及其他类似设备结构的应变、应力监测系统的设计和实现提供了借鉴。 |

In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the large-scale flexible plate structure in the nozzle section of wind tunnel,multiple sets of resistance strain gauges are arranged at the stress concentration part of the flexible plate structure to form strain and stress monitoring system,which can implement real-time monitoring and early warning of the deformation and local stress of the flexible plate structure during the movement of multiple sets of hydraulic driving mechanisms in real-time.Finite element analysis and calculation is used to determine the stress concentration position of the strain gauge,and the multi-point strain and stress real-time monitoring system is built,and the stress data in the whole process of the flexible plate forming is obtained.Through analysis of the experimental data,and comparison with the theoretical calculation of the finite element analysis,the results show that the actual measurement data and theoretical data are in good consistency,which proves the correctness and effectiveness of theoretical calculation and the monitoring system.The monitoring system can ensure the safety and reliability of large-scale flexible plate during structural deformation process,and it can provide reference for design and implementation of strain and stress monitoring system for similar structures in wind tunnels and other equipments. |
