圆形阵列式霍尔传感器由于在宽频率范围内能够满足低功耗和高精度的要求,被广泛应用于电流传感器的实际使用中。在配电系统中,通常采用具有小高度和大宽度的矩形截面导体。为了在保持测量精度的同时适应多种场景,提出了一种椭圆传感器阵列。当面对大量并联导体时,传感器容易受到外部磁场的影响,为了提高传感器的抗干扰性能,基于椭圆传感器阵列构造了一种差分阵列,并采用最小二乘法反演。通过测量磁场的径向差可获得传感器内部不同位置的电流集。测量结果表明,与相同尺寸的椭圆传感器单环形阵列相比,差分阵列的串扰误差更小,对外部磁场的抗干扰能力更强,构造的椭圆差分阵列传感器可以有效降低测量多个矩形导体携带的电流时产生的误差。 |

Circular array Hall sensors are widely used in the practical use of current sensors due to their ability to meet the requirements of low power consumption and high accuracy over a wide frequency range.In power distribution systems,rectangular cross-section conductors with small heights and large widths are usually used.In order to adapt to a variety of scenarios while maintaining measurement accuracy,an elliptical sensor array is proposed.When facing a large number of parallel conductors,the sensor is easily affected by the external magnetic field.In order to improve the anti-interference performance of the sensor,a differential array based on the elliptical sensor array is constructed and inverted by the least square method.The current sets at different locations inside the sensors are obtained by measuring the radial difference of the magnetic field.The measurement results show that the differential array has smaller crosstalk error and stronger anti-interference ability to external magnetic field compared with a single-ring type array of elliptical sensors of the same size,and the constructed elliptical differential array sensor can effectively reduce the error when measuring the current carried by multiple rectangular conductors. |
