      航空发动机的进气畸变试验对其稳定性具有重要的意义。为了满足航空发动机进气畸变发生器测试系统的需求,提出了一种基于3D打印技术和高速多通道数据采集的测试系统设计方法,在保证数据准确的前提下,提高了系统设计的效率,完成了数据的高速实时采集。在此基础上,采用时空滤波和流体场重构的方法对数据进行处理,并基于MATLAB完成了测试系统界面的设计。最后,分别进行了测压耙校准试验和3种畸变图谱的风洞试验。试验结果表明,测试通道与风洞出口总压值小于0.2 kPa,畸变图谱的测试畸变指数与目标畸变指数误差小于1.2%,验证了所采用的数据处理算法和测试系统的有效性和准确性。
英文摘要:
      The intake distortion test of aeroengines is of great significance for their stability.In order to meet the needs of the aeroengine intake aberration generator test system,a test system design method based on 3D printing technology and high-speed multi-channel data acquisition is proposed,which improves the efficiency of the system design and completes the high-speed real-time acquisition of data under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the data.On this basis,the data are processed using spatio-temporal filtering and fluid flow reconstruction,and the test system interface is designed based on MATLAB.Finally,the calibration test of the pressure measurement rake and the wind tunnel test of three kinds of distortion maps are carried out respectively,and the test results show that the total pressure value of the test channel and the wind tunnel outlet is less than 0.2 kPa,and the error between the test distortion index and the target distortion index of the distortion maps is less than 1.2%,the validity and accuracy of the adopted data processing algorithm and test system are verified.
