      态势感知能够在网内共享态势数据，是Link 16数据链的基础和核心功能，是实现其他战术功能的重要条件，也是联合作战的必要前提。通过对Link 16态势信息处理方法进行研究，提升数据链的互操作能力。从态势感知功能涉及的消息入手，分析消息种类、用途和处理策略。以态势感知功能的核心子功能——目标监视数据接收与处理为例，分析了各类消息的接收和处理流程。基于事务处理方法，构建了空中监视功能模型，实现了消息处理流程的标准化与一致性，有效减少了不同平台之间消息处理不一致导致的互操作问题，为指导消息应用软件开发、提升作战单元集成铰链水平与互操作能力提供支撑。

英文摘要:

      Situation awareness,which enables the sharing of situational data within the network,is the foundation and core function of the Link 16 data link.It is an important condition to realize other tactical functions and is also a necessary precondition for joint operations.The interoperability of data link is improved by studying the processing methods of Link 16 situational information.Starting from the messages involved in the situational awareness function,the types,purposes,and processing strategies are analyzed.Taking target monitoring data reception and processing(the core sub function of situational awareness) as an example,the reception and processing process of various types of messages are analyzed.Based on transaction processing methods,an air monitoring function model is constructed,which realizes standardization and consistency of messages processing process,effectively reduces interoperability problems caused by inconsistent messages processing between different platforms,and provides support for guiding the development of messages application software and improving the integration link level and interoperability ability of operation units.
