      双层钢板耐腐蚀性好、强度高,被广泛应用于高层建筑、铁路和桥梁等领域,但由于其长期服役于荷载冲击、应力集中等环境中,内部分界区域易产生疲劳损伤,且该损伤会演变成分层缺陷。为此,研究了一种适用于在双层钢板端面检测的新型电磁声传感器(Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer,EMAT)。仿真研究了其载荷加载方式、导波传播特性和结构特性,并进行了频率扫查试验和声场指向性试验测试,最后利用正交检测方法对EMAT的结构进行优化,并对其性能进行了试验测试。
英文摘要:
      Double-layer steel plate has good corrosion resistance and high strength,and is widely used in high-rise buildings,railways,bridges and other industries.However,due to long-term service in the environment of load impact and stress concentration,the inner boundary area is prone to fatigue damage which gradually evolves into the defect of delamination.A new electromagnetic acoustic transducer(EMAT) suitable for endface detection is proposed for the double-layer steel plate.The load loading mode,guided wave propagation characteristics and structural characteristics of the transducer are studied numerically.The frequency scanning test and the acoustic field directivity test are carried out,and finally the structure of the transducer is optimized by the orthogonal detection method,and its performance is experimentally tested.
