      针对在役飞机电磁式接触器开合状态无法被监控、寿命信息无法被记录和智能化工作难以开展的问题，通过分析航空电磁式接触器的使用维护情况，研究电磁式接触器的工作特性、使用条件和寿命指标，提出了一种航空电磁式接触器的状态监测与寿命记录方法。根据电磁式接触器相关特性进行接通状态和工作状态分时监测，完成寿命信息统计记录，结合使用维护需求设计了一套显示交互界面，能够实现电磁式接触器接通状态正确判断、工作状态全时监测、寿命信息迭代记录，促进航空电磁式接触器由故障性维修向预防性维护发展。

英文摘要:

      In view of the problems that the on-off state of electromagnetic contactor of aircraft in service can not be monitored,the life information can not be recorded and the intelligent work is difficult to carry out,the service and maintenance situation of electromagnetic contactors of aircraft are analyzed,the working characteristics,service conditions and life index of electromagnetic contactors are studied,and a method of condition monitoring and life recording of electromagnetic contactors is proposed.According to the relevant characteristics of electromagnetic contactors,time-sharing monitoring of on-off state and working state is carried out,and statistical records of life information are completed.A set of display interface is designed according to maintenance requirements.It can realize the correct judgment of the on-state,full-time monitoring of the working state and iterative recording of the life information of the electromagnetic contactor,and promote the development of the failure maintenance to the preventive maintenance of the electromagnetic contactor.
