减速器在航空航天等领域应用广泛,这对减速器传动精度和可靠性提出了很高的要求。为了对直升机减速器中的齿轮和轴承等进行故障诊断和预测,提出了一种具有高灵敏度、强抗干扰能力和低功耗的滑油在线屑末监测器,其可实时精确测量相关磨粒参数。在研制过程中,采用磁平衡技术有效提高了传感器的灵敏度;采用有限元法对传感器的热应力结构进行了分析,使其符合设计要求。采用所设计的直升机滑油在线屑末监测器进行试验测试,结果表明:对于铁磁性屑末,当其尺寸在180~300 μm之间、测试颗粒直径为178 μm时检出率为100%,当其尺寸在300~500 μm之间、测试颗粒直径为305 μm时检出率为100%,当其尺寸在500~600 μm之间、测试颗粒直径为505 μm时检出率为100%;对于非铁磁性屑末,当其尺寸在650~750 μm之间、测试颗粒直径为700 μm时检出率为100%,当其尺寸大于或等于750 μm、测试颗粒直径为904μm时检出率为100%。所设计的监测器达到了实际工况下的测量要求,为直升机减速器健康状态监测提供了新的思路与方案。 |

Reducer is widely used in aerospace and other fields,which places high demands on the transmission accuracy and reliability of the reducers.In order to diagnose and predict the faults of the gear and bearing in the helicopter reducer,a high sensitivity,strong anti-interference and low power consumption lubricant oil on-line debris monitor is presented.The abrasive parameters can be accurately measured in real-time.In the development process,the magnetic balance technology is used to improve the sensitivity of the sensor effectively.The thermal stress structure of the sensor is analyzed by finite element method,which can meet the design requirements.The experimental test is conducted using the designed lubricant oil on-line debris monitor for helicopter,and the results show that for ferromagnetic debris,the detection rate is 100% when its size is between 180~300 μm and the test particle diameter is 178 μm,the detection rate is 100% when its size is between 300~500 μm and the test particle diameter is 305 μm,the detection rate is 100% when its size is between 500~600 μm and the test particle diameter is 505 μm;for non-ferromagnetic debris,the detection rate is 100% when its size is between 650~750 μm and the test particle diameter is 700 μm,the detection rate is 100% when its size is ≥750 μm and the test particle diameter is 904 μm.The designed detector meets the measurement requirements under actual working conditions,and can provide new ideas and solutions for monitoring the health status of helicopter reducers. |
