航空发电机是航空电力系统的主电源,其可靠性直接关系到整个飞机的电力安全。整流器是航空发电机的一个重要组件,其频繁承受高压和大电流,容易产生开路故障。研究航空发电机整流器故障诊断技术对提高飞机安全性具有重要意义。以航空电励磁双凸极发电机(Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Generator,DSEG)的输出整流器为例,研究在不同工况下二极管故障时的时域特征分析方法,并提取出不同工况条件下的二极管故障特征。搭建了相应的实验平台,采用数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)作为计算单元,设计了基于阈值分析的整流器二极管开路故障诊断程序,实验结果证明,所提出的基于时域分析的故障诊断方法能够获取良好的故障诊断效果。 |

The aerospace generator is the main power supply of the aerospace power system and its reliability is directly related to the electrical safety of the entire aircraft.The rectifier is an important component of the aerospace generator,and frequently bears high voltage and large current and is prone to open-circuit failure.Research on aerospace rectifier fault diagnosis technology is of great significance for improving aircraft safety.Based on the output rectifier of doubly salient electromagnetic generator(DSEG),the time-domain features analysis method of diode failure under different working conditions is studied,and the diode fault features under various conditions are extracted.The corresponding experimental platform is built,and the digital signal processor(DSP) is used as the calculation unit to design the fault diagnosis program of rectifier diode based on the threshold analysis.The experimental results prove that the proposed method is effective for fault diagnosis. |
