      压裂管汇作为油气开采和输送作业中最重要的施工部件,长期承载高压、高排量、高腐蚀性流体。为保证管汇安全服役,亟须研发一款压裂管汇管外无损检测系统。永磁扰动检测作为一种无损检测新方法,具有探头轻便、无方向性、对腐蚀缺陷敏感等优势,非常适用于压裂管汇表面缺陷检测,但其也存在信号受提离波动大、阵列一致性差、无法适应多形态检测等缺点。因此,采用了柔性磁布来代替传统刚性稀土永磁体。因柔性磁布的剩磁强度远不如稀土磁铁,故通过加工通槽优化了柔性磁布结构,改善了磁场分布。再搭配阵列霍尔传感器,以便于实现阵列检测。为实现压裂管汇外壁自动化检测,开发了一套管外检测系统,该系统以“屏风”结构作为底盘,以三瓣式瓦探头作为检测模块,搭载多通道直流放大系统、信号采集系统,采用“一步一摆动”的运动扫查模式,实现了管外壁的自动化无损检测。初步测试结果表明,该系统能有效检测出压裂管汇外壁轴向、周向、平底孔缺陷。

      As the most important construction component in oil and gas exploitation and transportation operation,the fractured manifold carries high pressure,high displacement and highly corrosive fluid for a long time.To ensure the safe service of the fractured manifold,it is urgent to develope a nondestructive testing(NDT)system for fractured manifolds outside the pipe.Permanent magnetic field perturbation as a novel NDT approach,offers benefits such as a lightweight probe,omni-directionality,and high sensitivity to corrosion defects,making it ideal for surface defect detection in fracturing manifold sumps.Nonetheless,challenges like signal variance due to probe-separation changes,inconsistent array performance,and limited ability to detect various defect shapes remain.The flexible magnetic sheet is used to an innovative substitute for rigid rare-earth permanent magnets.Because the residual magnetic strength of the flexible magnetic sheet is far less than that of the rare-earth magnetic,the structure of the flexible magnetic sheet is optimized by processing though groove,and the magnetic field distribution is improved.Coupled with arrayed Hall sensors,the system facilitates array-based detection.To realize the automatic inspections of the fractured manifolds outside pipe,an external inspection system is developed.The “screen” struction is taken as the chassis,the tri-valve tile probes is taken as the inspection module,multi-channel direct current amplification system and signal acquisition system are equipped with,and the “step by step” motion sweep mode is used to realize the automatic nondestructive inspection outside the pipe.Initial tests indicate the system can effectively detect in identifying axial,circumferential,and flat-bottomed hole defects for fractured manifold outside pipe.
