      声发射传感器是声发射检测系统的关键部分,是感知损伤信号的首要部件。针对传统有限元法在声发射传感器分析中只关注压电陶瓷的不足,运用ANSYS软件建立了一种新的声发射传感器简化模型。通过计算得出谐振频率为150 kHz的声发射传感器特定元件的主要参数,基于电场和结构场的双向耦合,对结构进行静态、模态和谐响应分析,并对封装完成的传感器进行标定。结果表明,该方法具有一定的可行性,对压电式声发射传感器的研制有一定的参考意义。
英文摘要:
      Acoustic emission sensor is the key part of acoustic emission testing system and the primary component of sensing damage signal.Aiming at the shortcoming of the traditional finite element method which only pays attention to piezoelectric ceramics in the analysis of acoustic emission sensor,a new simplified model of acoustic emission sensor is established by using ANSYS software.The main parameters of specific components of acoustic emission sensor with resonant frequency of 150 kHz are calculated.Based on the bidirectional coupling of electric field and structural field,the static,modal and harmonic response of the structure are analyzed,and the packaged sensor is calibrated.The results show that the method is feasible,which has a certain reference significance for the development of piezoelectric acoustic emission sensor.
