太赫兹技术基于其穿透性强等特性在复合材料无损检测领域具有很大的优势,可与常规无损检测技术形成互补,解决缺陷检测受基材等影响的问题,提升复合材料缺陷的检测精度。在太赫兹无损检测技术研究中,缺陷的精确识别与定位一直是亟需攻克的难题,从太赫兹波在缺陷中的传播特性出发,主要研究了复合材料缺陷目标的太赫兹波散射特性,针对有无缺陷、缺陷尺寸和数量变化等对散射特性的影响,为结构中的缺陷识别提供了特征数据基础,结合图像算法,可以识别出缺陷的区域、数量、深度等特征,从而可有效提高复合材料缺陷识别的精确度。 |

Terahertz technology has great advantages in the field of non-destructive testing of composite materials due to its strong penetration and other characteristics.It can complement conventional nondestructive testing techniques,solve the problems of defect detection affected by substrates,and improve the accuracy of composite material defect detection.In the research of terahertz nondestructive testing technology,the accurate identification and location of defects has always been an urgent problem.The scattering characteristics of terahertz wave in composite material defect is stuided.In view of the influence of the presence or absence of defects,the change of defect size and quantity on the scattering characteristics,the feature data basis for the defect identification in the structure are provided.Combined with the image algorithm,the features such as the region,quantity and depth of defects can be identified,so as to effectively improve the accuracy of the defect identification of the composite materials. |
