      为了满足相控阵天线生产测试需求,解决测试时间长、自动化程度不足等问题,进行了高效相控阵天线测试系统设计。系统测试软件采用模块化设计,可灵活适配不同的相控阵天线、测量仪器等设备。利用软件交互和数据处理能力,实现了自动波控烧录和自适应测试分析,完成相控阵天线全流程的自动化测试。测试优化方面,进行系统同步、测试时序和测试参数专项设计,测试效率提升了5~10倍。该系统已应用于产品的小批量生产,1 h内可完成单套交付,自动化程度高,操作简单可靠,测试效率显著提升。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the production and testing requirements of phased array antennas and solve the problems of long testing time and insufficient automation,an efficient phased array antenna test system is designed.The system testing software adopts modular design,which can flexibly adapt to different phased array antennas,measuring instruments,and other equipments.By utilizing software interaction and data processing capabilities,automatic beam steering programming and adaptive testing analysis are achieved,completing full-process automated testing of phased array antennas.In terms of test optimization,specialized design for system synchronization,testing timing and testing parameters are implemented,resulting in a 5~10 times increase in efficiency.The system has been applied to small-scale production of products,and can complete single set delivery within 1 h.It has high automation,simple and reliable operation,and the test efficiency has been significantly improved.
